Your TSH is 50 and you feel fine??? Wow. I guess that is good. If you are feeling fine and not having any symptoms, you don't need to do anything.

Your lack of symptoms and your TSH do not match though. I would really recommend getting ot the bottom of what's going on with you. You need to have your thyroid hormones tested (free T3 and free T4). They may be perfectly normal, in which case that would explain why you are feeling fine, and it would mean that you are NOT hypothyroid.

Likelihood is you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while wearing a meal so you're not gulping down more than it is advisable to feel full.

Beware of "fat-free" or "zero trans fats" foods as you could be trading fats for huge amounts of sugar or sodium.

you should follow all doctor's orders & if taking medication, you should take it as directed. My cousin has hypothyroid & she doesn't take any of her medication, she hardly visits the doctor. I wish she would be as responsible as you who cares enough to excercise, get regular blood test & visit the doctor when necessary. My cousin just ignores her disease.

Use a vegetable bean dip for instance hummus instead of ranch dressing or maybe a fatty cream-based dip.
