Its low down in my esophagous...like right above my coller bone. it doesnt hurt when i swallow just when i touch my neck. I have been screaming all day from a concert but thats never happened after i screamed before. Also i have tonsil stones but i dont think that has anything to do with it. What should i do/what is it

My mother in law has recently been diagnosed with psorosis of the liver and we would like any information that anyone can give us on what can cause it. She doesn't drink..never has. She is a diabetic and on several medications.

Is it possible for some neurological injuries/diseases to never be detected? Does anyone know any injuries or diseases that are really hard to find in the neurological system that don't show up in blood/urine test, CT and MRI scans, X-rays or physical examination?

I've experienced this..state of condition..more than once. I'll explain it momentarily. I seem to only find myself in this state when I am in pain (I'm hypersensitive to pain) from having injections, blood drawn or some other form of pain that involves a sharp pain or my skin breaking causing blood loss. The symtoms are what I feel is shock; I am often disoriented, nauseated, I get weak, light headed, cold then I go into a flash fever with perfuse sweating although I am pale and cold to touch, vomiting, and I often black out. Sometimes after I vomit I come back around. On the rare occasion I've had a violent episode, loss of pulse and onset of system failure, just from having blood work. None of it is controllable. Has anyone else experienced this? I've researched shock and the symtoms don't quite add up but I can't seem to find any other rational explanation for this. Any thoughts, web links or information would be appreciated. Serious responses only, I don't want idiots responding.

last night my left arm went numb, tingled, and rubber feeling. no explanantion. today it is still the same, but i noticed i cant clench with my fist without my forearm/wrist buckling. any ideas?

My husband had a grilled chicken sandwich on Friday night from Chic Fil A. Within a couple of hours after eating, he started to have diarhea. All day Saturday, he still had the diarhea and also threw up after eating dinner. At that point he took Immodium. All day Sunday(yesterday) he still wasn't feeling right and very nausaus, so he took Pepto. Today he is still not feeling right, and feels girgling in his belly but can't go thanks to the Immodium and Pepto. There hasn't been any sign of fever, but now I think it's worse that he can't go. How can he reverse what's been done from the Immodium and Pepto so that whatever this is can make its way out?

My school nurse told me i had strep w/ out doing a swab and put me on antibodics on wednesday. friday it wasnt better so i went to my doctor and my swab was neg for strep.. my spleen was not enlarged and i had no fever. he said the antibodics could of interfered w/ the swab test or i could have mono.. my throat has white pus on the back but it seems to be going away some but it hurts and burns really bad. my lymp nodes on my neck were swollen but have went down some. i still have no fever. i feel fine except for a severe sore throat. do yall think it could be mono or strep?

Last night I smoked marijuanna laced with coke. Today I was at Big Lots for my mother when I passed out. Earlier that morning I was vomiting and had diahrea, I also had nothing to eat. About two months ago I had been sick and later that day I passed out as well. The conditions had been the same, except I was not doing any drugs at all, so I think it had noting to do with the coke. The parimedics came and advised my mom t have my blood screened, she has her suspicions that Ihad been doing something, would that be something they would look for when screening my blood. At last which drug detoxes would you advise for me to take, where to get it from and a rough estimate of how much it would cost.

many years ago i had migraine attacks. many times it was caused by a hot dog. although a hot dog wasn't the only cause of it. i was 6 or 7 at the time i had the attacks. i never had any attack since then. another reason why i had an attack is because i slept too late or something. i spoke to my mom about trying hot dogs. she said it may be a possibility that i may not be allergic to them anymore. should i ask my doctor first before i try it?

My cousin has pretty much ALWAYS had head lice and it doesn't even seem to phase her. I'm sure she HAS to know! It's terrible-I can see them from a mile away! How on earth do I tactfully let her know that she needs to take care of it? She's 21 years old and has a 2 year old son! I hugged him the other day and HE had a louse in his hair too! How on earth do I go about making this a top priority? It's to the point where I don't even want to be around her and run the risk...

I have been taking xanax for a little over 2 months now. I take .25mg at bedtime as needed. I started off only taking it a couple times a week due to high anxiety I was having with certain situations going on in my life. Now I am taking it about 5 times a week and find it very difficult to stop taking it for fear that I won't sleep well, since I have a hard time falling asleep without it now. Can anyone recommend any ideas as to how I can slowly come off this drug? I don't want to take it anymore, but I am scared of sleepless nights and not being able to function properly at work. My anxiety has lessened since the initial taking, however I feel myself getting anxious when going to bed and not having it. I also feel that I have had some headaches associated with this medicine.

I am a 50 year old male who woke up three days ago with a sore testicle on the right side. As the day progressed it started swelling and now it is about 2 to 2 1/2 times larger than the other. I have no pain when I urinate I am currently wearing a jock strap. If anything touches, rubs or any way makes contact with it , it is enough pain to make a tear come to your eye. Seman has a brown color mixed in with it. I have started taking 500 mg of penicillen three times a day.
No insurance trying to stay away from doctor if possible.

i know it sounds stupid, but this summer me and mah fren bought a pack of them caffeine pills called "stay awake" and we took like 3 of them..later that night we took some of her sisters anti-depressants...well as the night continued we was layin in her bed & i started feelin EXTREMELY nausiated...i got up and went outside to get some air..and everything started spinnin..i got lightheaded and ran to the bathroom..all i kan remember is holdin on to the toilet tryin to force myself to throw up..when all of a sudden my heart started racing like CRAZY...it was beating faster and faster and soon i realized i was having a heart attack...i had shortness of breath and CONSTANT cold sweats that took over my whole body & made me cold..soon enough i was going in and out of consciousness and my fren moved me from the bathroom to her bed..i layed in her bed for about 3 hrs as my heart just raced ..i felt like i was dying.hrs later my heart slowed down to normal..wht was happening to me?? =(
