Is it possible for some neurological injuries/diseases to never be detected? Does anyone know any injuries or diseases that are really hard to find in the neurological system that don't show up in blood/urine test, CT and MRI scans, X-rays or physical examination?

Thanks a lot or your answers.

There are many neurologic diseases that don't show up on scans or on blood tests. That includes some injuries, dementias (ie alzheimers), very small strokes, etc. Not to mention all of the psychiatric disorders (which are really neurologic disorders in their own right).
