last night my left arm went numb, tingled, and rubber feeling. no explanantion. today it is still the same, but i noticed i cant clench with my fist without my forearm/wrist buckling. any ideas?

heart attack has been ruled out. stroke has not. Althought currently there are no other side effects or conditions. is it possible its just a pinched nerve?

Just a pinched nerve???? Even if it is "just a pinched nerve", if not taken care of you may have permanent damage and never have the same use of your arm and/or hand. I am seeing a surgeon thursday to schedule an operation on my elbow due to "just a pinched nerve" but have been told I will never have the same feeling and use of my hand because I delayed going to the doctor. Please see a nuerologist as they specialize in these things.

Get yourself to a doctor or hospital immediately. It could be a stroke, heart attack, blood clot, or something else quite serious. Go. Now.
