Its low down in my esophagous...like right above my coller bone. it doesnt hurt when i swallow just when i touch my neck. I have been screaming all day from a concert but thats never happened after i screamed before. Also i have tonsil stones but i dont think that has anything to do with it. What should i do/what is it

You likely pulled a muscle screaming so much, or have a slight tear in the lining of your throat.

Just because it hasn't happened before, doesn't mean it didn't happen this time.

Keep your voice down for a day or two and you'll be fine.

I have heard of others complain of this.It is known that the thyroid gland can get swollen and swore because of improper function and be sore to the touch.You should have this checked.The thyroid is right where you are talking about and its an important organ to your body.

when you scream all day you dry out your throat. drink water during the day and take a mild cough pain killer to help sooth your throat

what in the world are tonsil stones? is that even a real diagnosis?
