My husband had a grilled chicken sandwich on Friday night from Chic Fil A. Within a couple of hours after eating, he started to have diarhea. All day Saturday, he still had the diarhea and also threw up after eating dinner. At that point he took Immodium. All day Sunday(yesterday) he still wasn't feeling right and very nausaus, so he took Pepto. Today he is still not feeling right, and feels girgling in his belly but can't go thanks to the Immodium and Pepto. There hasn't been any sign of fever, but now I think it's worse that he can't go. How can he reverse what's been done from the Immodium and Pepto so that whatever this is can make its way out?

Charcaol from your local health food store to help with food poisoning. Next time try this first and if not gone within 24 hours go to the doctor.

My suggestion is to go to the hospital. They probably will refer a infectious disease doctor. They will do a bowel sample, and if it shows food poisoning, they will then call the board of health, and they will do an investigation. That is what they did with me at least.

There is a lot of people with stomach viruses around. I would say you could call an ask a nurse, she'll probley just say for him to rest, and drink plenty of fluids.
