i am doing the low carb thing i eat alot of eggs, chicken and veggies...is eating tons of eggs ok what can i do to make it more appetising in stead of choking everything down i wanna enjoy eating like before, i need to lose like 40 lbs...

To get rid of the muffin top ( after 2 pregnencys) and to just tone up. I do alot of walking but other than that i am a novice at exercise....

I am a fat late 20's male who weights 350 at 5 foot 11 inches. For most of my life, I have been fat, I tried everything out there to reduce weight. I really do not know what to do, I am afraid that I will die of heart disease. I monitor my weight closely, I noticed at I would gain 6 pounds a week but never drop.

I can’t control my hunger, for breakfast I would eat 1 box of apple jacks, 4 fry eggs, bread with cream cheese, and McDonald’s Mc Muffins. Yummie ! Hummm........

Anyway, this is destroying everything in my life. No women would date me (even the fat onces)

I can’t fit in cars, cant walk to far except when I really want to get some staff to ear in the kitchen, then I will do everything that I could to get there. I am a shame of myself, and sometimes I really want to sleep for a long time, because in my sleep I dream to be normal like you and do staff that you take for granted

I ran twice two weeks ago on consecutives days (most of it down hill) and have been having muscle soreness in my calves and behind my knees ever since. No, I had not run much before those two days and not stretched before. I also have been experimenting with orthodics in my shoes ever since hoping that might cure the problem but could it have made it worse? I want to continue to exercise, actually my muscles hurt less when I keep moving, how should I proceed?
