I am a fat late 20's male who weights 350 at 5 foot 11 inches. For most of my life, I have been fat, I tried everything out there to reduce weight. I really do not know what to do, I am afraid that I will die of heart disease. I monitor my weight closely, I noticed at I would gain 6 pounds a week but never drop.

I can’t control my hunger, for breakfast I would eat 1 box of apple jacks, 4 fry eggs, bread with cream cheese, and McDonald’s Mc Muffins. Yummie ! Hummm........

Anyway, this is destroying everything in my life. No women would date me (even the fat onces)

I can’t fit in cars, cant walk to far except when I really want to get some staff to ear in the kitchen, then I will do everything that I could to get there. I am a shame of myself, and sometimes I really want to sleep for a long time, because in my sleep I dream to be normal like you and do staff that you take for granted

This really is a question for a doctor. You will probably need to see a nutritionist. A personal fitness trainer as well. Good luck. Don't give up.

You need to go to a doctor and get a complete physical. You may have a thyroid problem or you may be depressed and feel trapped. You also should just start walking. Even if you can only walk half a block and have to turn around. Start walking before you wake up one day and you CAN'T walk. That day is probably fastly approaching. It also sounds like you eat way too much and you eat (excuse the term) crap. I know it is hard as it is very easy to turn to food for comfort when you are hurting, but you have to take some personal responsibility for what you eat. I'm sure you aren't ignorant, and you know eating all of that for breakfast is going overboard. If you are looking to "fill up" on things try vegetables and fruit that will give you fiber. Whole grain bread and cereal (not that stuff that is basically inflated sugar).

Dude eat less and work out more. Just get off your tail and go for a walk. Start off walking as far as you can then as time goes on you will be able to walk farther. There is no miracle pill to make you lose weight, it takes determination. You can cut your diet by 10% and won't be any les hungry. So cut your calorie intake by that for a month and then cut it agai. You don't want to cut it by any more than 10% because your body will think you are starving yourself and everything you eat will be turned to fat

The main cause of disorder is your uncontrolled and bad eating habits. There is no medicine available on earth that can correct your disorder unless you change your eating habits. You intake of calories is on the higher scale. Cut down on hot, spicy, non-vegetarian food, aerated cold drinks, milk products, alcohol and tobacco and start a fresh with lots of vegetables, fruits, salad and fruit juices and see the difference within a fortnight. Drink sufficient water. Regular exercise and brisk walking will also help.I am sure this will help you provided you decide to go for it. Good luck and best of health.

Look there are no short cuts. Just do it right. Exercise and cut your calories.

The minimum number of calories a woman should consume is 1200, a man 2000. That is for a completely sedentary lifestyle. The more active you are, the more calories you need, --even if you're dieting. Basically, you need to provide your body with enough calories to maintain your ideal weight for your given activity level (note: “Ideal” being the weight you want to weigh and is healthy for you given your height and build at the end of your diet.). Too many calories and you gain weight. Too few, and your body goes into starvation mode, hording fat and calories, preventing you from losing weight. There is a formula I used that I got from WebMD: Evaluate your metabolism from 13-15, 13 being the slowest. Multiply that number by your ideal weight. The resultant figure is the number of calories you should take in per day.

No low-carb bologna, either. But, do stay away from un-natural sources of sugar(i.e.: corn syrup, cane sugar--fruit, as a nutural source, for example, is acceptable), white flour, saturated and trans fat. It is also good to avoid foods where sugar is listed in the first three ingredients. Note: CORN HAS NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE. Popcorn diet = malnutrition.

A certain percentage of your calories should come from all three sources: protein, carbohydrates and fats. Try a mix of 40%Protein, 40% Carb and 20% fat.

Get a balanced exercise routine. Weight training builds muscle which increases metabolism and cardio burns calories. So start a mixed exercise routine of lifting weights (start light and work up. Don’t throw you back out. That wont help you lose.) And cardio. For the cardio, start very small. Do arm raises (raise your arms up at your sides to shoulder height, raise them over your head then lower them back to shoulder height). Count 1 -2-3-1, 1-2-3-2, 1-2-3-3. Etc. . . . Also start walking, as far as you can and work up. Don’t over due it. Any other way you can figure to move your body, move it. Turn that into an exercise. Even if you can only do one rep. Do the one rep, wait one minute, do another. When you get a little stronger, try two, and so forth. Swimming would also be another good coice for you. It is easy on the joints and you might find it easier to move in water. Soon enough you’ll be able to do other types of exercise. Also, exercise a hour before any meals. Note: your muscles may burn and shake. That’s good. It’s a indication your on the right track. Push though it to complete muscle failure. You don’t have to go that far everyday; but sometimes, push through it.

NO energy drinks. Calories are energy. You want your body to burn the energy stored around your wastline, not what you just drank in.

Drink at least 64 oz of water per day.

Eat lots of smaller meals instead of 3 squares. AT THE TABLE–not in front of the TV.

At least in the beginning, keep a journal/ nutrition count of what you're eating daily to be sure you're eating the right amount of calories and giving your body proper nutrition.

Resolve to be hungry. Your body is used to a certain amount of food and calories. If you don’t give it what it’s used to, I thinks it still hungry. Go see your doctor before starting any of this, get checked out, and ask for a prescription strength appetite suppressant. That should help curb your hunger somewhat while your body gets used to its new routine.

Also, and this is important. Get a hobby. Find something else you enjoy doing other than eat. Build RC cars, boats or planes. Learn to design and program your own computer games. Take pictures. Write or read. Paint. Sculpt. Whatever. Busy yourself and curb your boredom and you’ll be surprised how easy it is to skip that candy bar or other snack..

AND TURN OFF THE TV. Don’t allow yourself more than 2 hours of tv per day. Trust me. Not only is TV a sedentary activity, it constantly reminds you of food commercial after commercial.

DO NOT GET GASTRIC BYPASS surgery. Gastric bypass is only a suitable option for those who for medical reasons can not lose weight by any other means. You're only 22. All you need is a little discipline, determination and persistence and you can do it!!

BTW, I was 5' 3", 230lbs and, on my own, lost weight and got down to 125 lbs and 11% body fat. I went from a size 24 to a size 4-5.

You need to join an organization where you can get some support like Weight Watchers. You have a problem with self control. Jenny Craig could also help you. Like any addiction you must be determined to control yourself. Exercise will make a big difference, too. You might also consider bariatric surgery or a lap band. Talk to a Dr. Please get help. Your appetite is digging your grave.

Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.

First you need to go to a doctor and then have him recommend a dietician that will work closely with you. Then you must have an accountability partner thay you can go to for support every day. You most af all have to WANT to lose the weight.
Is there someone on your life that will help you stay faithful to a life change such as this? if you think you are on "a diet "you will fail but if you change your life it might help your thought process to better achieve your goal . god bless you.
