I weigh a meager 680 pounds and feel way too thin. My doctor says i need to loose weight because I'm morbidly obese, but I only eat 12,300 calories a day and i want to bulk up. How can I gain weight without people telling me I'm over weight?

Check it out, I want to wear a bikini. My butt is so flabby, bouncy, and out of shape as well as the rest of my bod. How hard should I work out? How many times a week? What should I eat? I want to look good when I go back to school also.

I was wondering if anyone has tried the fat smash diet and if it worked for them? Does it make you tired and weak or sick like the Atkins diet? Is it hard to adjust to? Are thr food choices good or are you stuck eating nuts and veggies?

I recently saw on the news something about a current medical study examining a virus that causes obesity. (Obesity is when a person is 50+ pounds over their recommended weight)

That got me to thinking... I've known so many ppl throughout my life that have struggled with weight problems. And a lot of them didn't eat anymore than I do.

Some say it is all about metabolism but I've seen ppl on the same schedules etc... same food habits... where one of them gains weight but the other one doesn't. So, the higher metabolism argument doesn't completely hold for that circumstance.

Just seems like this is a very likely possibility. If it turns out to be true, I sure hope they find a cure for it because an enormous amount of our youth currently has weight problems.

Also, how long did you take it and how quickly did you see results? I have tried everything it seems and I don't want to keep "testing" stuff. I want to know what others have tried and suceeded with. Gastric Bypass is NOT an option.
