try the crack/cocaine method...its seems to really "wire" the people on cops that are on it.

Eat healthy foods. Even if it's not your favorite, eating an apple or orange in the morning helps to give you the right kind of energy that won't have you crash later on. Also, maybe start taking a multi-vitamin to make you healthier in general (and therefore more energized). I assume you've already tried this, but make sure you get the right amount of sleep. It also helps your internal clock to go to bed and wake up at the same time, every day.

Ya, eat several small meals through out the day and do not skip breakfast! Include a protein bar and you'll be energized.

A few breaks for stretches or mild exercise during the day seem to help. So do certain snacks. My mother keeps peanuts and soda with her when she has to go on long distance drives, and them seem to help.

sleep early at night,wake up early when the sun rise.
atlast 60 minutes exercise including cardio

i drink vitamin water tastes good has a little sugar tastes goods and keeps u pumped while working out
