I have always been in great shape, very athletic, etc. Since I had a baby, it's been hard to get motivated. I lost most of my pregnancy weight, that's been over a year now. I have about 10 lbs to go and need to firm up. I always say I'm going to do it...etc...and then find an excuse. Escpecially with nutrition, I used to be very strict what I ate, now I binge eat junkfood and feel awful! I was never this way before! Any advice or help?

Wouldnt drinking alot of water just put alot of water weight on you and cause you to be bloated?

I am a 30 yr old white male, 5 ft 9 in, 210 lbs. Keep in mind that I am still recovering from a torn ham string. The course is relatively flat. It is at the end of July, so I am expecting it to be about 90 degrees and humid, at the time of the race. I usually run a 8:50-9:30 mile. I am shooting for about 27 minutes. Is this realistic?

The upper part of my abdomen is totally toned, but the part where my belly button is less toned. I need my abs to be totally toned.

i'm doing the diet thing...but do at times go to subway...and i was wondering what you think of this particular sub...good or bad?

-grilled chicken (they say roasted? but it looks grilled)
-onions
-lettuce

what i am trying to say is, what if i worked on my eliptical for 6 days a week for an hour(i lose 905 calories each time) and walk for at least an hour on the 7th day, would that be taking it to easy, becouse i am trying to lose weight.
