i think it's good to eat subway if you're dieting. you don't get cheese so that's good. get wheat bread. and baked chips.

It's a good choice I think. I lost a lot of weight using Subway for lunch a few years ago. Subway normally uses low fat mayo. Ask at the store you go to. Also, the subway web site has all the nutritional info. There isn't really a nutritional difference between the white and wheat bread (it's not whole wheat), but I don't know about the other breads they have.

Except for the mayo, it's ok. Just don't make it a daily habit! And try getting some ingredients and making this at home. That's what I do when I find a sandwich I love (like the tsunamis from sacred grounds...a coffee shop by my house). That way you can control the way the chicken is cooked and buy organically grown veggies to put in. You can also make your own mayo, which is a little better for you!

mayo, eww. That's the one unhealthy thing in there. People will tell you the bread is bad in terms of carbs but you need carbs for energy. And if you limit your bread intake and use most of your carbs on fruits and veggies on a regular basis, you will definitely maintain your weight, if not lose some.
It sounds fine. If you can stand the low-fat mayo that would be a help. If not, it's not the end of the world. Just scrimp on calories somewhere else during the day, to even out a bit.

If it's the 1/2 sub, and you lose the mayo, it's great, however if you add tomato (vitamin C), green peppers and a few other veggies, you will feel fuller without the extra calories from the mayo. Try the mustard, or try it just plain. If that won't work, ask them to go easy on the mayo, you have the taste without the goop! Oh, yes....get the whole wheat bread....extra fiber lets you feel fuller longer and its GOOD for you!

Well the bread is giving you carbs which you should watch how much you intake, but you can ask for low fat mayo even though it probably doesn't taste all that good.
Your vegies are fine and grilled chicken is the best thing to have. Just make sure you are following up with excerise. 1 hour of walking does wonders.

What kind of bread? Don't forget that adds calories too. Everything else (not including the mayo) sounds pretty healthy.

Go with a lite mayo or a vinaigrette. Great choices. Good luck.
