Eat less or eat mainly veggies for a day. Drink 5 cups of green tea and then go for a walk or run....Green tea boosts the metabolism.
Losing weight fast is not healthy...remember not more than 5 pounds a week.

drink 8 ounces of water before eating 8 oz during the meal and 8oz after the meal and you will lose weight walk 10 minutes a day 3 times a day to keep body tone

It's not a great idea to lose weight fast, especially if you intend to keep it off. But to keep your eating under control, try munching on low calorie foods but very high in fiber, or add a fiber supplement in there, it will make you feel full longer.

try walking every morning around five and end at six eat healthy foods something with low calories and no sugar and fat don't sit around if you exercise tapes wacth them or go rent or buy some do this for six weeks and you will start to see changes

not good to lose fast weight didn't come on overnight won't go fast either......exercise drink lots of water...............
