This may be a personal opinion but, for one, your body is still gorwing, you are too young to worry about diets, but if you, and your family are concerned, consult your doctor, they would be able to give you the best and most healthy advice.

Use this link to calculate your BMI. A normal BMI is located between 18.5 and 24.9 but you must remember that the BMI system is conceived for adults and that it does not consider wether that weight is muscle or fat. Your BMI is currently at 23.9, so it's ok but if you still think you need to loose weight, I suggest you exercise a little (that does not mean to work out 4 hours a day ; just a 15 minutes walk every morning can make a difference). You can also do a mini-diet. You don't have to eat less, just to eat more healthy things. For example, eat an apple as a snack instead of chips. I hope my advice helped you ! :D

135lbs sound's like a fine weight to be at. You could exercise if you feel heavy You are a little young to go on a diet and it would not be healthy. I weighed about 105lbs when I was 13 yrs old but I was very into sports and fitness.

That's clearly overweight. Normal would be anything around 100-110 pounds, I think.

Stop drinking anything else than water. Have smaller portions. Start having a decent breakfast and for that eat less for supper.

Good luck!

You are really obese as per your age and hight. The main cause of your disorder may be your eating habits and constipation. Start eating vegetarian food, fruits, fruit juices and salad. Avoid non-vegetarian, spicy and fast food plus pastry, cake, ice cream, aerated cold drinks, alcohol, tobacco, tea and coffee. Milk products except for buttermilk also to be stopped. Drink sufficient water daily. Correct your bowel movements. Regular exercise and brisk walking will make the difference. Best of luck.

on average if you are 5 feet you should be approx 100 pounds. you should be about 5 pounds for every additional inch.

you should be around 115, doctors suggest about 5% more to remain healthy (about 120) if you were to be 20-29% you are considered overweight (138-149), when you reach 30% (150-or more) more than what is suggested you are considered obese

You also need to take your measurements and BMI into consideration. Because your weight can either consist of more muscles or more fat. For such a young age, I wouldn't consider trying any diets, but perhaps get yourself into a more active lifestyle, if you already haven't.

It depends on frame size too. If you are only 13, I would suggest that you talk to your parents, and then push away from this computer, and go and get active.

I would be afraid of encouraging an eating disorder and I've been there and now am suffering for it.

Talk to your parents.
