Find something you might like the best. I tried running, but it was hard on my back, so I got an exercise bike instead. I 'would' ride in the neighborhood, but it's getting kind of rough. Anyway, once you find what you might enjoy the best, start off small, try to do warmup excersizes first, and then get started. The reason I say that, is for me, the hardest thing to do is get started. Once you get started it's easy, and then it becomes like a habit. You'll even find youself feeling bad if you miss it!

Unfortunately, only you know what motivates you.....think of your health, that of your kids (if you have any) and the fact that once you're in shape you can go out and get a whole new wardrobe!

buy one of those workout videos. you will feel bad for wasting money on a video you bought and not ever trying to follow it. or, be a member at a local gym, you'll feel bad for paying the membership and not ever being there. and when you are there, don't check out people...you'll look desperate. i''m not sure you don't want that, do you?
