Jogging, rollerbladding, bike riding, walking, stair climbers, the gazelle glider.. I would say walking and jogging though.

It is a myth that you will lose fat from the area around a muscle you are excersizing. The fat will be lost from all over your body gradually, there is no way to target fat from only one area. If anything, your thighs will look bigger if you only excersize that muscle because the muscle underneath the fat will get larger as you excersize. The only way for you to lose fat from your thighs is to lose it from all over your body by eating healthy & excersizing (can be cardio or weight lifting - again, doesn't matter what exact area of the body you are using).

Go for walks.
Generally anything that will make you loose weight will make your thighs skinnier too. Just remember that muscles take up room too.

no you cant spot reduce. the only way is through fat burning cardio that will raise your heart rate for 45 min or longer. that and a low fat diet.

spin classes try them they kill but boy do they work, if not runnin, walkin eatin things like pineapple to break down the fats.
