Nothing. Just messing: eat salads, drink water (a lot), nothing oily or sugary (sugar is like really bad).

The main focus should be on your total caloric intake, and WHEN intake occurs during each day.
You should count the calories of all food eaten, and stay below a certain daily total. You might want to try to set a total of about 1000 calories, and if that does not work, then reduce it by 200 until you reach a total that works.
Very important...do NOT eat at least three hours before bedtime, and the last meal should be your smallest meal (least number of calories).
With those most important points said, you should eat foods as low in fat as possible, low in calories, and from all the basic food groups:
Here are examples:
Breads and cereals: Lite white or wheat bread
Vegetables: Many veggies are low in calories. Make a big salad and use low calorie dressing.
Fruits: Melons, strawberries, and apples. Stay away from
grapes and bananas.
Milk and cheese group: Nonfat yogurt, fat-free cheese.
Meats: Eat small amounts, and stick to white meat chicken, white meat turkey, and low calorie fish (tuna fish is a cheap, excellent choice)
Fats, oils and sweets: Use very little olive oil. Sugar-free sweets.

normally, with hours of exercise, you can only lose 2 pounds every week. to lose 10 pounds, unless you do exercise 10 hours a day, otherwise losing them in 20 days is a mission impossible.

My dad lost a healthy, steady portion of weight by just watching what he was eating. butter with less calories, ice cream with less calories and fat, he still eats, its not like he is starving himself but he lost about 25 lbs in about a month by just watching the calories in all his daily foods, and then he started walking more.
