Yes, just stick with normal crytal light or make ur own smoothies with berries and ice and a little splenda splenda has 0 carbs!

Atkins does RULE!!! SO many companies jumped on that band wagon BUT if you scrutinize all the products, Atkins is the ONLY one that offers such high fiber in all of his products.

He is truly the legend of this method. All others are perpetrators!!
