You might be better off taking your Centrum in the morning, along with the evening primrose oil. Your fish oil supplement can be taken with the Yasmin in the evening. You didn't say what form of Centrum you are taking. Keep in mind that Yasmin can cause an increase in potassium in your body. Magnesium can help offset this, but taking extra potassium (maybe in your Centrum?) is probably not a good idea. Be sure your doctor knows what you are taking and when. Even natural supplements can affect medicinal reactions.

I used to sell nutritional supplements and had a crash course on a wide variety of products.

Your question however, in my opinion, should be asked of a nutritionalist or your doctor. I've heard that fish oil should only be taken if you have specific diagnosed issues already such as high triglycerides. And I've heard that primrose .. some can contain liver toxin of some sort?

So the only concern I'd have.. is if you're asking what time of day to take them, you probably haven't talked to your doctor or a nutritionalist. These oils aren't something I'd just take for the heck of it or because you think they're good for you. That's just my opinion. :)

But as far as I know.. such oils as you're taking don't effect the body any differently by time of day or how often throughout the day you take them - assuming you're taking the recommended amount of course. They're more of a long-term build up in your system type of supplement. Whereas a multi is a bit more direct and short termish.

take them whenever you want, as long as the mixture doesnt counteract the purpose on any of them.
