Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Losing weight is not that tough, just follow a healthy diet of low fat foods, complex carbs (such as brown rice, whole grain bread/pasta, and potatos with skins), lean proteins, and fruits and veggies. There are many ways to cook or prepare these foods so that you don't have to choke them down. Try adding spices, pepper, salt (not too much), and hot sauces. Also use olive oil instead of canola oil or veg. oil. Just like life, you should do everything in moderation. Split your meals up into 4-6 a day, so that you are constantly eating smaller portions, yet not feeling the urge to eat all the time. Also go for a bike ride, walk, run, or swim a couple days a week. You don't have to be a maniac.

Stay away from the Atkins guidelines...those are horribly bad for you. No matter what they say, all that red meat and cheese and fat is NOT good for you. Everything in moderation, and that's
not how that diet works.
What you're doing is great. I did the low-carb, low-fat thing and lost 50 pounds. I ate a lot of chicken, salads (which I love) and changed it up. You can make so many different kinds of meals without compromising flavor. I promise. I still adhere to the version I created for myself and it still remains satisfying, not just filling.
Good luck!

Try going to foonetwork.com They have a search for low-carb recipes. Also, the South Beach Diet has a "quick and easy" cookbook with some wonderful creative ideas. There are tons of options for tasty, low-carb foods. You don't have to solve the dilemma by yourself, just pick-up a couple of good cookbooks that have been researched and designed by chefs for the kind of diet you are doing. Use their knowledge!

stay below 150-100 grams of carbs a day usually this is much more than atkins allows and considerably less than a typical american diet. Eat 1 gram of protein per day per every pound of bodyweight.
keep as much of your carbs veggy's and fruit as possible, stay away from sugar as a carb source.
200 LB person =200 grams protein per day.

Use more seasonings, they are mostly calorie free and will make your meat taste infinitely better. Most grocery stores have an entire isle dedicated to seasonings and don't forget the importance of salt and pepper. Best wishes

Try seasonings, but watch out for the sodium content--you don't want to get too much. Also, try using natural herbs and spices to season with--dry mustard, parsley, basil, oregano, etc.
