i just want to be healthier and i don't like running... i think i read once that trampolines are the best exercise... any thoughts?? thanks so much!

Walking is the best by far and cheapest unless you have access to a swimming pool. Walking is free, just be sure to get a really good pair of shoes. Put a walkman on and go for it!

You have to watch with trampolines because there are a lot of injuries you can get with them if you don't use them correctly.

Walking, fast walking, is probably the best exercise. Running really strains your knees; however, walking is kinder on those joints.

An exercise that I love is walking in a pool...it is wonderful and so easy on all your joints, plus you have the benefit of the "drag" of the water to make the workout even better! I use a local health club for that.

Bicycling has changed many peoples lives and its not too hard on the body. Try weight training 1 or 2 times a week, and then bicycle all that you can. If your eat like a reasonable human being and do those things, you will have no choice but to lose weight.

Currently, I'm taking a lap-dance class! Similar to what strippers do! I swear it's the best workout, but a lot of fun as well. Everyone in my class laughs and at the same time have a great cardio workout. I also took a pole-dancing class, but that was really, really, hard. Good luck!

I agree walking and jogging if you can only pick one.

For best results, combine some weights with the walking/jogging, and you will be the bomb.

If your in to it really wild sex you dont have to get out of bed for this exercise.

practice yoga...especially pranayaam. but take d help of a yoga expert to learn it in the beginning.
