I had an appointment yesterday and they said I didn't but I wrote it down and I was right. Later they had me fill out all the paper work again and reschelude for another appointment. They charge 50 bucks for a missed appointment yet if they make one and lose the records you are at fault. It was just a look at some work he did a year ago and took 5 minutes-The charge was 100 bucks

I have a throbbing pain on the right side of my jaw above and below it as well to my upper neck and ear and eye for the past few days. The pain keeps me up at night and I wish I could just knock myself out. I thought maybe I was flossing too hard before bed so I tried doing that in the morning. I'm worrying that I have a tumor from gum disease, a stroke (both my grandfathers died of heart disease), or MS.

I mean, isn't the toothpaste suppose to clean it out and kill the germs out? It's disgusting to hear they mate, eat the food that's left, and go poop in your mouth. BLECK!

When I was a child my dentist pulled my tooth when it wasn't numb, for some strange reason I think thats going to happen again. So, now I would just rather be completely out.

So, this may be a silly question, but I'm sick and while I was brushing my teeth I thought....

Does the bacteria or virus that caused my cold stay in my toothbrush? Whenever someone has a cold we always spray the things they touched with Lysol to kill the bacteria, so does the same happen with a toothbrush?

Hey Everyone,

Got some weekend photos back from my friends and I noticed my teeth are a tad to yellow for my liking.
Do any of those whiting products out there really work? Crest White Strips?

Thanks!

Melissa

I've always heard that sugar is bad for the teeth, but I don't understand why. Does it attack the teeth from the outside or the inside (ie. getting into the bloodstream)? What if I ate a lot of sweets, but always brushed my teeth? Would I be perfectly fine? What else is good or bad for teeth? Thank you.

Now before the jokes start, let me explain. :D I've found that it's easier to focus on my work when I have something in my mouth, like gum. Problem is, chewing that stuff is bad for your jaw (I already have jaw problems), and I don't want to do it all day. I'm thinking like a candy or a coughdrop, except the sugar is horrible for teeth. And I hate sugar-free candies! lol. What can I put in my mouth to occupy it, so I can concentrate better?
