At first I thought it was how it tasted... but if you think about it mint is just an acceptable taste, its not really a flavour you would pick as a favourite. The same really applies for its smell, its acceptable but again, not one you would really pick as a favourite.

Do actors and actresses have to wear real braces in shows and films? I mean, what do they wear? Do they have to get real braces even if they have straight teeth? And how come Emma Roberts had braces on Unfabulous, but have really crooked teeth on the bottom outside the show??

Alright so my wisdom teeth have been grown in since I was 13 or so, but my dentist said it wasn't necessary to remove them. I even had braces on my wisdom teeth. But sometimes I hear that they should be taken out anyways?

I am 16 and when I was about 10 I had a cavity on the bottom of my right top tooth (the one thats second from the back).
Since yesterday, I have had sharp pains from that tooth that last about a second at about 3 times each day. What could it be?

My dentist perscribed penacillian for a badly decayed tooth that will need to be extracted. I started taking the antibiotic on Thursday and the pain isn't getting any better. It's going to be at least a week before I can get the tooth extracted. Should I call my dentist to ask for a different antibiotic? The pain is pretty strong - 1000mg of advil doesn't knock it out.

Last month, I had a root canal in one of the back teeth. I did not have it capped with the enamel, just filled in with metal. I will probably get it capped someday when I have the money--and when it stops hurting. It started hurting a week ago, just occasional ouches. It is hurting more, just like it did when it still had roots. Hey. What the heck is going on here? Didn't that guy get all the roots out? To make it worse, a *different* dentist filled the tooth up after the first dentist took the roots out. A dentist who was horrified by the work done by the first dentist. Apparently, that company has a bad record. Gee, why didn't anybody tell me that BEFORE....but now what? I do NOT have the cash for someone to rip out the new filling to dibble around in there looking for the lone root stem. Is there anything else that might be wrong there that's simpler? And not quite as expensive? Damn, that was an expensive treatment! And if it didn't work....grrrrr!

When I was younger I had buck teeth. As I aged, the gap between my two front teeth closed and my teeth are all nicely aligned. However, my two front teeth are longer than my other upper teeth. It's very obvious and noticable. Kind of resembles beaver teeth. I've heard about filing the teeth down. I wondered if that causes any tooth sensitivity or any problems to the teeth? Any other details would be helpful too.
