Dont use tooth whiteners more than once every few months. The research they are doing on these over the counter whiteners is not good news. They believe that can cause mouth cancer if used too much.
So the best way is to brush and floss twice a day. Use baking soda and water on a brush (make a paste) and use it every other day.
Stay away from tea, coffee, and smoking. If you love tea and coffee just make sure you rinse your mouth with water after drinking. You do not want it to stay on your teeth.
Smoking is the WORST on the health of your teeth and gums.

To whiten your teeth with out ruining the enamel on your teeth use Peroxide as a mouth rinse, but hold it in your mouth a but longer then you would mouth wash. It has worked for me.

HAVING WHITE TEETH IS NICE, UNFORTUNATELY AS A PERSON AGES THE TEETH GRADUALLY ATTAIN A DARKER SHADE. HAVING TEETH THAT APPEAR TO WHITE MAKE THEM APPEAR FAKE. TO SEE SOMEONE IN THEIR 60's OR 70's WITH REALLY WHITE TEETH SAYS TO ANYONE WHO UNDERSTANDS DENTISTRY THAT THOSE TEETH HAVE HAD MAJOR WORK OR ARE DENTURES.

Brush, rinse with mouthwash, floss and chew trident. That is what I do. It works, I have the whitest teeth, anyone has ever seen. And it that fails going to the dentist and get them clean.

you will need to get them bleach,there are two methods .you can do it yourself (buying a bleaching kit and do it at home) or you may go to your dentist and have him bleach it for you using a special white light
