thats happened to me and I have one broken right now- yes yhey can glue it back on and u need to get to ur orthodonist ASAP . what they do is take the wire tat links allthe brackets together off and then they either get a new bracket or the old one and then they put the paste on it and let it dry and its done but it cost like..$35 so I say from experience:be careful.
