brushing well. you dont need to go to the dentist...you can do reverse gingivitis your self.

brush along the gum line and use a good mouth wash like listerine

You can rinse your mouth out with peroxide, but don't swallow it and brush twice a day. See your dentist at least once a year if not twice for a cleaning.

best answer go to a dentist get teeth cleaned and perscribed a mouthwash---->Chlorhexdine Gluconate 0.12% it is a water based oral rinse with 11.6% alcohol Sodium sacchrine and a nasty flavor (lol) but works great
