I had an appointment yesterday and they said I didn't but I wrote it down and I was right. Later they had me fill out all the paper work again and reschelude for another appointment. They charge 50 bucks for a missed appointment yet if they make one and lose the records you are at fault. It was just a look at some work he did a year ago and took 5 minutes-The charge was 100 bucks

Someone calling himself "super stud" is complaining about arrogance?

All we have is your side of the story, Super Stud. If that's not arrogant, I don't know what is. I'll bet this is not the first time this has happened to you.

99 times out of 100, if this happens in my office, the patient calls within a day or two and apologizes, as they have found that they made a mistake. Sorry. We are not arrogant about it when it happens, though.

Charging for a "look see" - if that's all it really was - is something I don't agree with, though.

It may not be the doctor who is arrogant. It may be the office staff. It is OK to charge for missed appointment, IF they are really missed appointments and not mistakes.

Dental costs are extremely high. Unnecessarily so, I think. I don't know if this is arrogance, but they do know that we don't have a choice since they all charge so much.

Because they feel that the are better then you because people are always needing them for something. And that is true, but everybody that has a job is needed for something. Because even people that work at McDonald's are needed and look at how they act. So SOME doctors are just jacktails. Even they need people so there is really no need for the arrogance.

I was married to a doctor and have a little girl with him. I have been to parties with doctors, some are excellent and some think that they are all important and no one else is. , I overheard my husband call me a trophy wife. After that he saw that it was important to have his house cleaned and his meals, and sex, I told him I was moving on to a specialist, I wanted to be his trophy now.I sill love the stupid look on his stupid face. A minimum time for office visit is 10 minutes, I would send a letter to his office, write personal on it. and explain what happened , if no answer write again. good luck
