ive never been to one, so i have no clue how the machines all work, and i cant afford a personal trainer to show me everything and what kind of workout to do.
also maybe this is a stereotype, but are gyms always full of posers who like to show off their muscles and how superfit they are? i would feel very self concience in front of those kind of people

hi just went to get a blood test; to see what my thyroid levels are like. I saw on my dr's computer symbols that mean what he was testing me for. One symbol was THS which is for the thryroid but then he tested me for another I think it started with an E/ I'm afraid he could be testing me to see if I've been taking my medication (anti-depressents and thyroid meds); which I havn't, but he thinks that I have:(. Does anyone know where I can find a list of the abreviations for different tests with the correct name for what the dr is testing you for? Thanks:)

ok i want to know after a stretch and sweep was performed what was the likely hood that you go into labor and how long after.

Are there any sort of statistics on how many people who have a TIA, or transient ischemic attack, end up having a stroke afterwards? My boyfriend just had a TIA yesterday and has to go back up to the hospital tomorrow for a bunch of more tests at the Stroke Assessment Clinic, but in the meantime I am very worried. He is only 47 years old but has already had two open hearts surgeries, and a stroke in between those two surgeries. If anyone has any info about this I sure would be appreciative. Thanks!

It is not the use of ephedra that is bad. It is the MISUSE of ephedra (or anything else for that matter) that has serious side effects. I took ephedra for years and never had one problem. It is those people who do not follow the directions that have problems. You would have problems with any substance that you misused.
The ephedra ban should be lifted.

my son has a rash(small bumps) on his face around the eye area, cheek area, and forehead. Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be safe to make these bumps go away. I have changed his sheet already. What else. They dont itch either. Just uncomfortable at scholl. they just showed up 2 days ago. Please help if you can.
