The tests that are generally run on alcohol or drug usage are from the breath, urine and/or blood. Therefore, they originate only in the system of the user. If the bodily fluids you are referring to are from your sexual partner, there would be no way they could be transmitted to you unless that person were to give you a blood transfusion -- and that's not very likely! The only thing that can pass from one partner to another would be sexually transmitted diseases, which are viral or bacterial in nature.

yes you can. I have sen it happen several times. The male partner uses and the female doesn't. and the female will test positve for drugs. The guy is high and shoots his high spearm into you and into your system. You can get AIDS, pass on medication, so why not your dope.
