today ive eaten

1 bowl of cambells vegatarian veggie soup
one pb&j sandwich
one serving of nonfat yogurt(100cals)

That's about what I eat a day. Bread's not so great for you, and canned soup is bound to have garbage in it. You should make your own soup and freeze it in containers.

I think you actually need to eat a little bit more. What you ate was not bad, just try to add some fruit and veggies to the mix. Cutting calories too much will result in excessive hunger and possibly binge eating later!

Yes, but the PB and J has to be low fat or sugar free for that to be healthy. I would also have wheat or whole grain bread instead of white too.

yes except for the PB and J sandwich. Full of sugar. maybe you should have gone for a salad sandwich made from wholewheat bread. And some fruit.

Yes. Soup's downfall is it has a lot of sodium. I eat it all the time though.

Jelly is good if you get it without high fructose corn syrup - very bad stuff!

It is good! I like them all. I had yogurt and soup today. But some people say the soups are salty.

Yeah, long as you're using "all natural" peanut butter, not Jiff, and 100% whole wheat bread.
