no time to exercise, rubbish!
if you don't have 60 minutes a day to devote to "your" health you may want to reevaluate your priorities. it is impossible to truly be healthy with out regular exercise. human beings do not differ from any other animal on the planet, animals are meant to be active not sedentary. a sedentary lifestyle has nothing but a negative effect on the overall health and metabolic function.
each bout of exercise increases insulin sensitivity in the muscle cell. increasing insulin sensitivity is essential to the fat loss process. when insulin sensitivity is increased the body will release less insulin after feeding. controlling insulin is the key to reducing and controlling body fat.
there is only ONE way that stored fats are reduced in the body. they get converted from a lipid into the cellular energy source called ATP. ATP is the cellular energy source that is responsible for all muscular contractions and anabolic/catabolic processes. there is only so much ATP that the body will utilize in a 24 hr period regardless of the diet or level of activity. this is why fat loss is such a slow process

Ha! Don't have time to exersise!. Most commonly used excuse, but its all bull.
You have 24 hours a day, whats it going to kill you waking up 30 minutes earlier to go jog around for 20 minutes. Its not, your just lazy.
There is no ingredients to make you melt fat, this isint a magical land full of potions, its real life, and if you want to lose weight, do it the old fashion way and work out. and if you do take pills, 95% of the time, they never work, your pathetic.
Work out. Theres no such thing as not enough time.
