I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and am very skeptical over Reflexology! Therefore, I decided to try it out, see how I got on. Rest assured, being ticklish is not a problem. They massage your feet with oil and then work on certain points kneading them. Tell you what after they had finished, I felt as if I was walking on clouds! Honest! It lasted for about three days but the relief was excellent. I returned and kept going until they ceased trading. Shame, but that is life. Good Luck

I have always found there are two reasons people seek out reflexology. They use it to pursue a health problem but commonly they seek it to help their poor aching feet.
Teens are often in the latter category. It can be related growth spurts. Or more commonly sources of foot pain are poor choices in shoe wear. Teens also frequently have jobs where you are required to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
A lot of teens do not have the money for regular reflexology sessions. Self help can be a very effective way to relieve your aching feet.
A simple foot roller can do a lot to ease the tension. The trick is to do it consistently. I always say interrupt stress and do it frequently. That way you lower the stress in your feet so when your feet are subject to stress they tend to tighten up slower.
Another way is to find a partner and trade foot sessions. There is research to show that partner reflexology can be very effective.
Set up a regular session schedule, find a chart and help each other.
I have had very few people who are too ticklish to work on in my thirty years of practice. I will slightly increase my pressure if they are ticklish and that usually clears it.

Soak your feet in warm water ahead of time to relax the muscles and make sure to use a good lubricant. I have also used the tennis ball method and it works well.
Another good method for aching feet is to try and walk in the sand at the beach as much as you can. The sand naturally massages the pressure points.

Alternate systems of medicine can only help you.
Keep your legs in hot water bucket by sitting on chair.
You can massage them before doing so.
If you playing/exercising more rest them and if not give them some exercise.
YOG is also a better solution so that you will be fit throughout your life.
Reflexology is also good. You can purchase one rubber pad or wooden bar with thorney work and do it at home.
There is no medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating All pains confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.
It may disappear naturally too.

Reflexology is more about pressure less about tickling.I've heard really good things about it,can't hurt.

It sure works for me. Try getting a golf ball and a tennis ball to hit and massage points for max benefit.
