Of course they can tell. Especially women, they can always tell when your eyes are moving, and they'll be sure to let you know and that is a pretty embarrassing thing.

Yeah, you can definitely notice if someone is making direct eye contact with you. They say liars avoid it and lovers make an effort to do it. Unless someone has a wandering eye you can usually tell the difference.

Oh yes, I can always tell. Can't you? It's very annoying to have a person's eyes keep flicking away when you are talking to them.

i can tell when someone is looking at me and most of the times when you look at them they look away as if to say oh shoot you caught me, daggumit
