I'm 16 years old, 5'4", about... 160 pounds =[ i know that's pretty bad. Winter just always makes me look like a snowman, but in the summer i lose weight, not much, but enough. I want to lose weight quick or at least at a good pace. I can't seem to stick to diets my mom places me on, I have heard so many ways to lose weight its crazy! I need something that i can commit to. Exercise is something I try to do in the summer a lot, but I have problems with my feet (arch is lower than most people) so i get tired easily. Should I exercise more often as much as I can take? Get a diet along with it? Help.
