I'm 18 and a virgin. My girlfriend(also virgin) and I have been trying to have sex, and at first it was hurting her to try, but now it doesn't. However, now after we've 'messed about' for a bit and I put on the condom, I lose my erection within a minute. I don't want to take medication for it, is there any easily available solutions in like health food shops?

for the past 3 years i have found it difficult to feel.
for example, there was a explosion that couldve taken my life, i got out in time and felt the blast behind me but durring the whole incodent, i felt nothing emtionally and i never felt any kind of adrenalin rush from it. my heart beat just went on like nothing happend. I cant even feel love, i know i care for my girlfriend, i enjoy being with her and want to stay with her. but i dont feel love.
yet in my dreams, i feel everything like it were real. i wake up and feel the adrenalin rush fading away.
the only thing that i seem to feel is anger and hatred. its not a great anger or hatred, but just of stupid things in life and people who are just plain idiots. so who should i see?

I have sex with my husband 10 times for the week and now my vagina is hurting me, every minute i want to go pee, and when i do pee my bladder hurts me it makes me feel uncomfortable is this normal? Well I turned 18 in October. Recently I have started checking my breasts so I was laying in bed and I pressed on my right breast a little bit and on the side where my arm is in the middle I felt what I think is a lump so it got me worried and I looked on the internet at the symptoms but I dont have any of the symptoms. I read somewhere where your breasts get lumpy because they are still developing maybe this is what this could be but i'm 18 so they should be developed by now shouldnt they?

Grrrr. I can not sleep. i have insomnia bad, Ive had it all my life. Im now in the process of trying to concive, so I got off my sleeping pills (seroquil, methadone, hospital tranquilizers, ect). I have it bad. I've tried everything. Tea at night, meditation, warm bath, reading, surfing the internet, watching tv, not drinking soda, waking up early. Im so tierd, but my mind is overriding my bodys need for sleep. my fiancee is sleeping peacefully on the bed.....lucky...im accually jealous. any help? what do you do?

Over the past 4 nights, I've gotten no more than 3 hours sleep. I'm on prescription sleep medicine. Didn't work tonight. I took four Unisom tablets. Hasn't worked tonight. It's 6 AM, and I've been awake since 4 AM yesterday. I've got finals in 2 days, and I need to get my sleep back in sync.

Lately, my stress level has been hitting an all time high and the littlest thing will throw me off the handle and i will just get so upset with anything and everything and then after that, i will just be so down in the dumps and depressed about where i am at in life and where i see myself in the future and i just feel so lonely. I use to be that go to guy for a laugh and i use to cheer everyone up but not lately. I have talked to our medical coreman and he told me that that feeling is normal during deployment and that i will get over it but it has been 4 months now and i still get the same feelings. I am not suicidal but just get so depressed. A month upon arriving out here, my fiancee let me for someone else as well as took a great chunk of my paycheck while doing so but now it just seems that i have nowhere to turn to besides someone telling me to get over it. What is wrong with me and what do i need to do or take to fix my problem.

..That is if I haven't already. I feel so weak, I've been fighting this for three years and started seeing a therapist a few months ago. It's helping, but I was in a bad relationship and he's ended it, now I am devastated and don't know what I am living for. I've got massive university deadlines which determine if I pass the year or not, and I can't do anything. I've tried everything short of antidepressants because I don't believe in them...but I don't know how to find some sense of self worth, especially because I gave everything and did everything for my ex but he still left me. we had a tumultuous relationship from the start, but i don't understand why nothing i did was enough and why he couldn't love me. i don't know what to do with myself when i am alone. i have no self-worth or pride anymore and i can't see this getting any better.I guess I just don't know what's worth loving about me because my parents both abandoned me- sort of...my mum left and my dad married a woman who abused my brother and i. As much of a cliche it is to 'blame it on the parents', dealing with all that rubbish as well as the stuff that is going on now is just a total overload! I've tried so hard to keep it together for so long and i'm just exhausted. It's tiring being positive all the time and pretending that you are fine.

I have had back trouble for yrs up to the point where I had a prolapsed disc last yr which left my left calf & foot numb. I have been able to cope without an op but over the last few wks I have had pains in my back & down my right leg. Last night the pain was severe & this morn my right calf & right foot appear to be going numb & my right leg feels as if it might give way on me (although this hasn't actually happened). I would prefer not to hav an op but I am worried about how bad the numbness can get & what happens if my leg does give way on me, would it be permanent or can it be 'fixed'? The pain is worse when i sit down, more so round the calf.
Any advice on pain relief would be a great help. I am currently taking anti-inflamatories & tramadol. Lyrica has helped me before but it put on a lot of weight which just added to the prob in the long run. I have since lost the weight again & dont want to put it back on by taking medication which might do so.
Any help would be appreciated

I had a weird pain in the right side of my throat for about a week & it doesnt hurt to swallow food or drink anything but it hurts when I swallow my saliva or do the swallowing motion with nothing. Then it progressed to not so much a pain but like a lump feeling when i did it & all the sudden today its on the left side & it hurts a bit more than right did but the right seems to have gone away or I cant feel it over the left side pain. Still doesnthurt when i eat or drink but again it hurts when i swallow saliva or do the swallowing motion. Also I cant open my mouth all the way without a sharp lasting pain in the righ side of my jaw joint. So i cant look at my tonsils cause I cant open my mouth that far for too long before the jaw pain. Also the jaw pain has been lkike that for years.

I was about to get engaged with a girl and my mom didnt like the girl. So, she stopped and said we will wait to see a better girl. But I liked that girl very much.
