blurred visions, nausea, dizziness? what could it be?

no appettite, pimples? i had hair loss months ago and i was forced to cut my hair very short. i feel gas in my stomache all the time, and i get so tired easily, im 25 years old. I cant even stand for more than half an hour. Im so irritated.

Well as a diabetic I can tell you that some of those symptoms can mean diabetes. So my answer would be to go to your GP and ask for a simple blood test. Or if you have a friend who has a blood monitor ask them to check it, or even some pahramacys do free testing these days

Please see a doctor as quickly as possible...
All 3 are treatable if caught early...

Could be something as easy as needing glasses. Check with your doctor and Good Luck!
