Over the past 4 nights, I've gotten no more than 3 hours sleep. I'm on prescription sleep medicine. Didn't work tonight. I took four Unisom tablets. Hasn't worked tonight. It's 6 AM, and I've been awake since 4 AM yesterday. I've got finals in 2 days, and I need to get my sleep back in sync.

No-one teaches us to sleep properly when we are young and thats the problem.

Sleeping is all to do with the brain, and sometimes people brains need retraining to go into "deep sleep" so you feel like you haven't been awake all night.

There is a free seven part guide to sleep and sleep help without drugs on the website below and they also sell a guide on it. No hypnosis, no drugs or herbs, it really quite amazing and it works.

SWleeping pills wont help. Take a glass of warm water , sit on the bed for three minutesleaving all thoughts to the wind (Can you call it meditation) and then go to bed, you will get asleeo very quickly.

Don't consumed the medicine,OK??
That was to dangerous!! You can try with drink a hot milk(when you want to sleep),or tried to counting sheep when you sleep.
I hoped it will be work.

My mom takes nighttime nurse she says it's really good you can get it from your local pharmacy

Hot Chocolate and think you don't have finals get them out of your mind when sleeping.
