Don't be sad please? Stress can also be a factor to all those problem you've stated. Keep yourself cheerful. =) Note that diet is also very important. Make sure you eat well and avoid too many fried items and late-night supper.

I must say that hygiene is very important. Buy a men's oil-control facial wash and wash your face at least twice a day. This should be able to control your acne.

Then i would suggest you go to a local beautician and get rid of those white/blackheads; try not to squeeze them yourself cos your finger nails may leave scars on your face.

To treat eye bags, you can try laying chilled tea bags on the eye bags to lessen the swell but you still have to take care by making sure your eyes gets enough rest (sleeping/have short breaks inbetween while looking at the computer/tv). But please note that sometimes, having eye bags are due to inheritance. You may need to seek professional medical help.

And wrinkles? It mostly mean you have a oily BUT dry skin. You most prob have oily T-zone but dry skin at the cheeks/the skin on the outter side of your eyes/the area of skin around your mouth. Troublesome skin problem. I suggest you do some facial regularly/our use a balancing facial wash to balance your oily problem and on the same time moisturize to your skin.

For over-large pores, go to a local pharmacy and purchase a toner. It should help in toning the pores, making them smaller. And for the in-grown hair?; Just do some grooming. =)

And.... Don't get discouraged by thinking your nose is not-so-beautiful? Cos all of us definitely have flaws on our face and we all not perfect on our face either. =)

You'll grow out of the acne - honest you Will two of my three children had it and its nearly cleared now that have left there teens.

Secondly go to the dentist and get your teeth check for the bad breath bit - its often a cause that can be remedied.

Thirdly, who says your not so beautiful? Different people are different things to others. In addition the old adage of Beauty is in the eye of the beholder' is so true. Looks don't count for everything - trust me I know.

As for the oily skin I can fully recommend drinking more water it really does help ease the oiliness of your skin - I have proved that by doing it myself. Around my nose in particular got very oily and this went away when I drank the required (by professionals) eight tumblers of water a day. And when I stopped drinking the water the oiliness came back. So it does defo work

Your body is undergoing many changes when you are an adolescent....hormonal changes, chemical changes, emotional changes..and all of these things will cause the problems you're describing ......stop worrying!....you've got a lot of company.....Just make sure you're eating a healthy diet..getting enough good sleep and proper exercise....and don't forget your basic hygiene.....keeping your skin clean will help heal up some of those skin problems...some medicated creams will help with the others....good dental hygiene will help the halitosis, but don't forget nerves sometimes cause bad breath...and use a tongue scraper...sometimes a coated tongue will be a cause of halitosis.

I wrote this poem on this site so go to the search for question space & put in the words They are daning in heaven tonight.....6 months is not a long time but everyone dies & if you can believe he just left his body it might help. I had a near death experience when I was 10 & it was more peaceful than anything I ever experienced since them. You just have to work through it. 10 years ago today my son was missing & still I think about it & those weeks before I found out he died. Do something to bring your energy to a higher level. I coach people & I can help you but this site alone isn't going to be able to do much for you. So if you want start coaching you could talk to me once a week & start letting go of your pain. I was in so much pain that it manifested physically & I was on meds. I went off of them 2 years ago thanks to a technique I learned to use. I think coaching would help you feel better & to heal cause only you are going to change. Nothing outside of you will change. You can learn how to be more peacefully & happy with your life still completely doing whatever it is that helps you feel connected to your father.

Your'e really focusing on what you think is the bad, Think about all the good positive stuff about you, your 16 and lot's of teens have these sorta probs, just don't think about them too hard or you'll start getting deppressed. Get some happy stuff into your head and stop worrying, the more you think about these things the more likely you are going to imagine that it's getting worse .. Heads up ;)

Please talk to dad about this, you are just going through a bad time in puberty but things do improve and get better. Your dad went throught the same thing when he was 16, we all did, so he will know what its like.

mainly you seem to have problems with your skin. a dermatologist could probably presribe something that would calm down or even eliminate most of those symptoms.
