At age 18, it relatively is extremely no longer likely that something you sense would be cancerous. a million in 8 lumps are clinically determined as benign. My oncologist often recomends any lump felt in breast to be monitored for a week to permit for hormonal differences. Mine felt as though it became a sturdy ball that somebody had inserted in my breast, no longer on the outdoors, yet some cm in. Mine became an strange variety of breast maximum cancers so others would have a distinctive experience.

Is it close to your time of the month? My breasts get lumpy around this time. Also as you are so young, you could still be devloping. However, I would pop along and see your doctor just in case. It is better to be seen by an expert and put your mind at rest. Good luck x

Firstly its good that you are checking your breasts and this is the reason why it is important.
Secondly as you say it is probably nothing more than a simple cyst or something else. However the fact you have posted on this forum would indicate that you are worried and I would suggest that you go and see your GP to put your mind at ease - it costs nothing and will give you a good nights sleep too

It could be fibrocystic breast disease. Which means your breast tissue is lumpy and is more noticeable the closer you get to menstruation. They can can tender also. Talk to your gyn and find out for sure. It's better to be safe than sorry.

See your doctor - even if it is nothing, it will at least give you peace of mind.
I had a lump when I was 22 - went to see my doctor who told me to go back in 2 weeks if it hadn't gone. Thankfully it went in that 2 weeks. It always helps to have peace of mind though.

depending on your age, say if youre over 40 which youre not you would panic but because you are only 18 so its most likely to be just a breast lump. go see your gp and see what happens. best of luck!

It sounds like it's more reassurance you need than any abnormality at your age. I suggest you ring your GP practice and ask if they have a Well Woman Clinic, just to put your mind at rest.

Go to the doctor, it's probably a small cyst or a reaction to your deodorant but only you doctor will be able to tell you for sure.
