Do sleepless nights (on the town) or just lack of sleep (4-5 hours/night only) affect my face????? Does an 8-hour sleep regimen REALLY help? Can someone explain the relationship between the two????

Too many sleepless nights take their toll on everything. You can have red, blood shot, puffy eyes, dark under eye circles, and blotches caused by overindulging with alcohol. When you're tired, it shows, both on your face and too often, in your disposition. You may not require 8 hours each night, but for some reason, our bodies seem to sleep better on a schedule. Don't neglect to cleanse and moisturize after those nights on the town, and drink plenty of water to rehydrate.

yes it does affect the way a person looks. the classic bags under the eyes or what looks like black rings around the eye without it being a bruised eye (black eye) are the tell-tell sign that your not getting enough sleep for you body. you should always get at least 6 hours of sleep a night and if possible to take a quick 20 minute nap during the day. it will make all the difference in the world to your emotional and physical health the more sleep you get. if you get that much sleep at least, your more energized and able to take on your day of activities that are called life. anything less and you will feel the effects during the day, day dreaming more then normal, tired, dozing off, accident prone, and a host of other problems. Do not stay out on the town for a lot longer then you normally go to sleep also (if you go to bed at 11pm try to be home so you can be in bed as close to this as you can). keep a balance between sleep and daily wake activities and you will enjoy a happy and fulfilling life.

Yes I'm sure they do, the skin is the bodies largest organ so it needs rest just like the rest of your body and without it damage will happen such as baggy eyes.

Yes! In fact stay up and party and then take a look in the mirror at how you are going to look when you get old.
