I need sleep!

Im up early tomorrow with my daughter so should be sleeping, Im kind of wide awake. Any tips?

Why is it when I'm half asleep, still dreaming, I can feel my penis about to leak sperm, and right after I wake up, because it seriously burns and stings, and aches. It forces me to wake up for the day. Any reason to this?

I have worked graveyard for 20 years on and off. I have been robbed at gunpoint 3 times. In August, I was robbed at work and fought the robber off as he was going to shoot me. I quit in September. I am having recurring nightmares where people shoot me and I wake up screaming or I wake up and feel as if I have died in my sleep. The latest one was 1 night ago and it happens repeatedly. What can I do? I have not found a new job but it is disturbing my sleep and ruining my dispositon and the other night, I had to get up and look around and in the mirror and make sure I wasnt dead. The nightmares are movie quality and some nights I can see vivid scenarios of my being shot and dying...I need some kind of help !

I want to talk to an OB/GYN..I have questions that I'd like to ask. My friend advised that I call an office of one but the secretary wouldn't put me through because I wasnt a patient. I know the bar (when taken apart from the supports) weighs about 37.5 lbs or so. But what if it is racked on the counterweights? So if I put a 45lb plate on each side for bench press (135lbs total on a normal bench) how much will I be lifting?

the man has about 5 days to live, refuses to eat or drink (hard to say since he can't speak), and is being pumped with morphine for the pain. my mother says that he should try to send him to the best cancer center, but he says that he might not have a chance. my dad has saved hundreds and hundreds of lives, has made people cancer-free, and given hope to thousands.... don't you think it would be right for him to try his best and to try and save one of his dearest friends? he has a total air head wife who is responsible for him, and she doesn't give two shits about him....

Im having a personal problem. Im just wondering if anyone else might know or have an idea whats going on... When I was in labor with my son, I lost my mucus plug. And now, im having a lot of discharge again. This has been going on for around two months. Sometimes when Im going to the bathroom, and I wipe I notice a lot of MUCUS like, almost, discharge come out as I urinate. Is this another side effect to having a baby, or is there something else going on? There is no blood in it, like when I DID loose my mucus plug. No odor. Just mucussy-puss kind of stuff. Not sure what it can be. I DO have an IUD in. Could THAT be causing it? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

im 21 and Ive been starting to have migraine and i have ever had them before. I have also been having weird feelings in my chest and my blood pressure has been going up slowly. I might be prehypertensive. Sometimes i feel like all my doctor wants is my money.
