What are some ways to boost your energy without drinking coffee or caffeine drinks (they make me sick)?

hahaha!! you know how i like my energy drinks. try some Vitamin B6. i think thats for energy!!

Sugar. Unless sugar makes you sick too. A power nap. Also exercising gives you more energy on the off days when you take a day off from exercising. Also foods high in the B vitamins such as vitamin B12. Perhaps the food called Total cereal has some of that vitamin.

Eating foods that are high in Carbohydrates, so that would be Bread, Pasta, Egg, Nuts, Lentils and Oranges. These have high starch levels and that is broken down into glucose when digested, and that is what gives you energy. Also toast is very good because more carbon is on/in it than normal bread because of it being burnt.
