Recently I've noticed EVERY morning for the past few months I've waken up light-headed. After I walk around and get to getting up I'm fine but it's just weird. Anyone had this? Done research on it? or know what causes it?

yep, orthostatic hypotension...does it also occur if you bend over then stand up? buy a b/p machine (at walgreens or walmart) take your b/p first laying down, keep the machine on your arm then take it sitting up, keep the machine on your arm then stand up. if it drops during these times then that is exactly what it is. Are you on b/p meds? they may need adjusting. Make sure you follow up with a doctor. In the meantime don't get straight out of bed in the AM so you don't pass out or fall, sit on the side of the bed for a few minutes to get your bearings

I would also make sure that it isn't low blood sugar. Do you notice it any other time. Does it go away after you have breakfast in the morning?
