My husband is 13 years older than me, so I'll go ahead and say no...When I was 13 I started dating a 15 year old and we were together for over a year.

No I think it's okay, I'm 14 and when I was 13 I was dating a 16 year old I don't see that big of difference it's just a couple of years different.

Too "old"? You mean a 15 year old is too old for a 13 year old? Maybe.

They are not at the age where they should be dating. People should not date at all until age 16, and they shouldn't date anyone steadily until they are ready to get married.

no because if you think about it, its only two years apart. How many people parents are the same age? its not uncommon .
