I need sleep!

Im up early tomorrow with my daughter so should be sleeping, Im kind of wide awake. Any tips?

turn off the damned computer, read a book, or sit quietly and listen to some soft music. electronics stimulate the brain, if you keep sitting in front of the computer, you will never get to sleep.

A warm bath. It's relaxing, plus I'm told it affects the circulatory system and promtes drowsiness
Warm milk, it contains amino acids that promote drowsiness. Camamille Tea, no sugar.
Plan on taking a nap with her tomorrow.

I like warm milk with a little honey in it, and a book or crossword puzzle (nothing too challenging that will keep you alert). Dim the lights, the strain on your eyes will make them heavy quickly.
