Im having a personal problem. Im just wondering if anyone else might know or have an idea whats going on... When I was in labor with my son, I lost my mucus plug. And now, im having a lot of discharge again. This has been going on for around two months. Sometimes when Im going to the bathroom, and I wipe I notice a lot of MUCUS like, almost, discharge come out as I urinate. Is this another side effect to having a baby, or is there something else going on? There is no blood in it, like when I DID loose my mucus plug. No odor. Just mucussy-puss kind of stuff. Not sure what it can be. I DO have an IUD in. Could THAT be causing it? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

heavy mucous flow is common when you have an IUD, it's thick because you don't drink enough water. the body requires two liters a day to function efficiently.

This is common if you would like to reassured call you MD for a quick visit so they mave have a quick look. But i'm almost certain this is normal if you start to notice bright red blood be sure to be seen
