When I cross my thumb of my right hand over my palm toward my little finger I have no strength, no pain, but no strength. zippers, buttons are noticably become a problem with me. I have a soft rubber ball that I can squeeze flat between my thumb and palm of my left hand. But I can barely squeeze it at all in my right palm. I have semi noticed this for about one and a half years but getting worse in the last six months.I am right handed, 52 yrs old and work out with weights and cardio.
