i have a cold sore its small but it might get big and it needs to go gone by sat. i have no creame. HELP

my appetite's been really weird cuz one day I can eat then be starving 2 hours after that!! But the next day I can go all day without eating and not even notice!! Is this normal?

My husband and I went with some friends to a German restaurant. They took full advantage of the beer...2 days later, he was sick as a dog...diarehha and vomitting and his "burps" tasted like a chewed asprin he said...could this be a gall bladder attack? Anyone have any clues?

My father has "stage IV" pancreatic cancer. The doctor's gave him 6 weeks to live. Today I was noticing that he will stare at an object and he will not look at someone unless we begin to speak to him. And..I noticed him reaching out with one arm but no one was near him. I was watching from my chair. Also I noticed that his arms and legs will suddently "jerk" or "jump" similar to a person dreaming that they are falling and you suddenly jump in your sleep. He is speaking but we can't understand some of his words. Are all of these signs meaning something? Does this mean he is having visions of someone that had previously died? Or is he trying to tell us something?

I made out with someone random at a club for the first time ever. He had no signs of an outbreak, but I know you can still get herpes without signs of an outbreak. I am extremely paranoid about getting herpes. Currently, I get canker sores on the inside of my mouth, but have never had anything else on the outside of my mouth. My question is, what are the chances of getting herpes? If I did have it, when would I experience an outbreak? Am I just being overly paranoid? What percent of the population has it? If you do have herpes or know someone with herpes, does it seriously affect your life? Any other helpful info? I tell ya, the first and last time I will make out with someone random.....

I am currently taking an acid reflux medication for the next 6 weeks. However, I am curious if there are any beneficial foods that will also help? My throat is closing up a lot lately, and although I have eliminated my caffeine intake, it is still bothering me.

Had this for about 3 days now. The right side of my throat is EXTREMELY painful. I can take a lot, but this is very noticeable. It almost seems like it's also going up my ear, although not too bad. When I touch the outside of my throat, it's also painful.

Anyone know what this sounds like? And what to do for it? Doc will be something I have to go to tomorrow if still here, but need something for now....

Please help. Thank you.

2 years ago I met this girl and we became friends. Everyday that passes is another lie. The lie is that I dont tell her how I feel. I love her with all of my heart and soul. I just dont know how to telll her. In my eyes she is the most beautiful girl in the world. I would do anything for her. Im crazy about her. I just can never get enough guts to tell her. I dont want to screw it up. Can you guys tell me what I should do? What should I say how should I say it? Im scared that ill mess it up and i really dont want to. I have been breastfeeding my son since childbirth and still have no period. I also had my tubes tied like a day or two after his birth. Can this be the culprit? I'm worried. I can't remember when I got my period back after having my daughter (she's six now).

I am 32 years old and have been having persistant fatigue for the past 4-5 years. I was thinking this was part of my crappy diet and no exercise program. I have been to the DR and had all my bloodwork done and everything cames back great. (CBC,Lipid,Thyroid,chest x-rays) Any ideas??

last night i was diagnosed with an UTI. they gave me an antibiotic pill to take at the hospital and prescribed cipro for me to take for 5 days. everyday that i wake up it feels as if the pain is worse. at night i cant sleep, i wake every 30 minutes in pain. it doesnt hurt when i use the bathroom. i have this sharp pain that stay and gets more painful as the day goes on. its a pain all in my lower abdomen, sides and back. tylenol does no help with the pain. today i woke up in even more pain. i feel like it hurts when i lay down and trying to stand is quite painful. not to mention trying to walk. i also started having sharp pains inside my butt...like a stabbing pain. can that be related. my stomach has been so bloated and ive been getting hot then cold and feeling as if im ready to pass out when i get a hot flash. can anyone give advice here?

My dad is very overweight, has been for a long time. His eating habits aren't even bad, but he just keeps gaining weight. He has a high stress job, and he has problems with depression, so I suspect that is why he keeps gaining. He excersizes every day, but recently he confessed to my mom that he has been feeling some chest pain. I don't know how bad, but what exactly could that be? Signs of a heart attack coming, heart disease?
I'm trying to get him to lose more weight, but it's easier said then done. He lives about an hour away, so I don't see him every day. What could I do to try and motivate or help him? I don't want him to drop dead in the near future, I have two kiddos that love him very much. Any advice will be apreciated.

my left forearm is incredibly sore. There is some pain in my palm and my fingers. Rotating my arm hurts the worst... when I do that my wrist and elbow hurt as well... and a few minutes ago my hand started twitching. What's causing this? I'm a 23 year old female.

My top row of teeth are fine; It's the bottom row that would need to have braces. Would the cost still be the same or would it be lower? I have a feeling some dentists may insist on putting braces on both rows of teeth, even if one row is fine.

My son (24) had emergency surgery this morning to remove his appendix & they also had to do a bowel re-section due to the Crohn's Disease that he has had for 10 years. He will be in the hospital for 5-6 days and then sent home to recuperate. I will have to fly from Chicago to NY to take care of him. Does anyone have any idea how long it will be before he can go back to work?

My eye doc says they are the same but I've never heard of a dry eye tearing but have heard of a Sjogren's dry eye tearing. I HAVE TORN MY EYE 3 TIMES IN TWO WEEKS. Please help????
