my left forearm is incredibly sore. There is some pain in my palm and my fingers. Rotating my arm hurts the worst... when I do that my wrist and elbow hurt as well... and a few minutes ago my hand started twitching. What's causing this? I'm a 23 year old female.

Heart attack is more typically pain in the chest or shoulder radiating down the arm? Because you are so young and the pain is in your forearm, I doubt that it is a heart attack.

Have you injured the arm in any way? Any falls or unusual activities? Tennis, yard work, working out with weights? Sometimes just sleeping on it wrong can cause these symptoms.

I once broke my arm and because I kept holding it an awkward position, it started twitching.
