how do u treat a cold sore fast?

i have a cold sore its small but it might get big and it needs to go gone by sat. i have no creame. HELP

ok yeah i said its small andi needit gone. im only 15 so anything coastingmoney or w/ei dont think its gonna work i just need some home made stuff. please help =]

Assuming it's not herpes, the solution that has always worked for me is this: At the first sign of a fever blister -- aka cold sore -- which is usually a tingling sensation on the lip, cut open a gelatin capsule of Vitamin E and rub it on the spot. I've never seen it fail to get rid of the thing in a couple of days at most.
